Manasquan Auto Repair

It was a few minutes before 5:00 p.m. on a Friday night when I called Manasquan Auto because I couldnt get my car started after watching my grandsons soccer game at school. God Bless Sean. He jumped in his car, came and jumped me and followed me back to his shop. He checked his inventory and apparently my car needs a special battery. Did he tell me I had to wait until Monday? God Bless him, he did not. He ran to the auto store, picked up the battery I needed, came back and installed my new battery. He had me out the door by 6:00 p.m. making himself late for a family party. He allowed me give him a hug for his attentiveness and his kindness. I was beyond grateful to him, but I was not surprised by Seans customer service. I cant recommend Manasquan Auto highly enough. They are a team of highly skilled mechanics and support staff who consistently go above and beyond to service their clients needs. They also, in my opinion, do not price gouge.

Great service, particularly Courtney. Allowed us to leave the car and was updated throughout the process. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Positive experience. Staff was very helpful, kind and provided good information, which included follow up suggestions, should Staff was friendly and provided good information. They went out of their way, beyond repair, which was very helpful. Explanation of the problem, including parts and any possible issues was appreciated. They were highly recommended by a long time customer.

Sean is one of few true mechanics left. They diagnose the problem and fix it. Honest and reasonable.

Dont hesitate to bring your car here for repair! Always organized (they will call with detailed explanation of work needed on your vehicle with costs or they will text if you cant chat on the phone and you can text back too!), always helpful (will always try to have a loaner for convenience), easy- peasy pick up with lock boxes to pick up your car after working hours! Sean and Courtney are amazing and they are always friendly and caring. Above all, they are HONEST!!! My car was on its last leg and Sean advised not to spend any more money on it. They wont perform unnecessary work just to make a buck! They will always be my familys go to garage; I love this place and you will too!!
