First time customer today as a walk-in after being in the immediate area today I googled my problem which led me straight to them with no appointment. As I approached the service desk Sean met me with a smile and asked how may I HELP you today I had a unusual issue on a recently purchased vehicle on the outside which I attempted to describe but only could be experienced by driving it. Sean showed his patience by hearing me out and with that asked me for the key with that took it for test drive upon returning back to the shop he pulled the vehicle on a lift and inspected the under carriage & wheels. Pulled the vehicle out of the garage shared me a few pictures on his phone and told me what was going on and work that would be involved and shared with me honestly what he would do and may I say very professional at that. So in all of 20 minutes I experienced customer service at it's best ... value, patience, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, honesty, character, integrity etc. In concluding my favorite part was seeing a Automotive Repair Shop with a Mission Statement in their foyer for all to read which contains there defining purpose, core values and strategic plans to reach all future goals moving forward. Can't wait to come back Sean Thank you again I certainly see what your customers have experienced over the past 30 plus years and I pray that you continued to "Be Blessed"!
