During routine service of my Tacoma, MAD noted that the tires were in poor condition with multiple problems. Although they advised that nothing must be done, especially if the truck were used locally, I opted for new tires. They offered several options and recommended one based on my usage. New tires made this a new vehicle. The ride went from laughably rough and noisy to quiet and smoothly car-like. Thank you for continuing excellent service.

Called and spoke with Courtney and inquired about inspecting a used vehicle being sold at a dealer, she spent several minutes on the phone with me offering advice and things to look out for while also saying that it might not be worth it for the dealer to bring the vehicle in. 5 stars for outstanding customer service!
