Friendly atmosphere and communication w customers. The car is checked thoroughly for any real or potential problems. The oil change is done in a short waiting time if brought in early. I feel secure the car is in good running condition after each appointment.

Exceptional service, very professional. Sean was in constant contact and kept me informed during the whole time my truck was being serviced. After receiving my estimate, I gave him my budget and he helped me prioritize the work that was to be performed. My bill wound up being less than expected and was finished earlier than initially proposed.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I brought my ‘baby’ 2002 Toyota Camry to MD for an oil change and ‘look see’ on brakes, and overall maintenance after recent body work and paint job. Appointment drop off was easy after work one nite, filled out the paperwork online before the drop off and grabbed my loaner car (very nice 4dr Honda). I had mentioned my concern for my newly painted vehicle and the young man who was helping me said he would keep the car inside the garage. So kind and caring! The next day, appointment day, I received texts from Courtney regarding my estimates and decided on my priority items, and then ok’d them for work to begin. There was the oil change, 2 tires, and a fee to take apart the brakes for a closer look. The next day I received an updated estimate for the brakes, and the fee for inspecting them was refunded since I was moving ahead with that work. Some work is pended for now but the safety concerns were addressed and fixed. The next day I picked up my car after work and returned the loaner vehicle which I topped off with gas. What a great help that was to have! I paid my bill with a credit card and received a veteran discount for my husband. What a satisfying ride home… the feel of the car was noticed immediately! and I was very grateful for the care of my vehicle during its stay and the expertise and advice received regarding its needs. I had been looking for a new auto care center since our long time auto shop went out of business, and it looks like we found a new home. Thank you Manasquan Diagnostics Leslie and John DeAngelis
