The original brake pad replacement resulted in squeaky pads when backing up. When made aware, my truck was quickly scheduled to inspect and replace the faulty pads at no cost other than the difference in the cost of the pads. They have been servicing my family's vehicles for over 10 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service.

Service was impeccable. The explanation of work performed was comprehensive. Pictures on file showed before and after the service. Courtney helped develop a plan for the future.

Awesome as always

During routine service of my Tacoma, MAD noted that the tires were in poor condition with multiple problems. Although they advised that nothing must be done, especially if the truck were used locally, I opted for new tires. They offered several options and recommended one based on my usage. New tires made this a new vehicle. The ride went from laughably rough and noisy to quiet and smoothly car-like. Thank you for continuing excellent service.
