I needed service on my Ram 1500. I easily scheduled an online appointment. When in brought the vehicle in I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I explained the issues I was having and they said they would contact me after they inspected the vehicle. I received a thorough email later in the day which included a Digital Vehicle Inspection with all or the problems pertaining to my vehicle, as well as everything that checked out ok. The report identified any problems and indicated them as either in need of immediate attention, may need attention soon, etc. The report included pictures of the problems identified, and comments regarding the possible causes. An estimate for work was sent shortly after. The work was broken down into separate jobs and I had the option to choose what repairs I wanted completed. When the work was complete I received a courtesy call. When I picked up my vehicle I was again greeted in a polite and professional manner. The repairs were explained in detail and all documents were presented to me upon payment. I also received information regarding any warranties included.
