I brought my truck in with no brake lights. Courtney said bring it right in and they were able to make the repair while I waited. She offered a loaner if I needed to leave. Great service and discussions while I was in the office.

Very polite and professional. They went above and beyond what they needed to to explain everything and take care of warranty paperwork.

Had a flat I was stuck. I was fitted in and was fixed in under an hour. This is not my first time at repair shop. They are good people.

As I’ve said in the past, Manasquan Auto Diagnostics is the best. So accommodating. Realized at the last minute that I had a scheduling conflict for our appointment and would need a loaner car for my wife while our car was being worked on. Courtney sprung into action and worked with us to (i) minimize downtime without our car and (ii) arranged for a loaner on short notice while our car was unavailable. Honestly, this kind of effort — going above and beyond and doing whatever is possible to accommodate us — is so uncommon these days. Thanks again for helping us out of a jam. Oh, yeah, and for diagnosing and fixing our car correctly and quickly!!
