Manasquan Auto Repair

I have been a customer of Manasquan Auto Diagnostics for many years. I have yet to be disappointed with their help and service. Brought my car in immediately after being alerted by the kind man behind when stopped at a light that both of my brake lights were not working. I was offered a loaner car until my car could be assessed and fixed.

As always, excellent and prompt service from a well-organized firm. Helpful suggestions are made but totally without pressure to increase the bill. Nice folks besides. Always a pleasure.

Talk about service! Recently , our Vehicle developed an intermittent transmission problem. We stopped at MANASQUAN Auto without an appointment, hoping to get one. In order to diagnose the problem. They took the car for a test drive, came back with a diagnosis then pulled some service bulletins from the manufacture for our exact problem. They scheduled us quickly and assured us it was ok to drive the car. We brought the car in for service and the problem has been resolved. Amazing attention to detail. I brought in my “new used“ Mercedes SUV for an oil change and a general check up. I was astounded by the excellence of the computer program and the fact that they were able to explain items on the car as I was looking at actual photographs of them on screen. This excellent level of service is what will keep me coming back here; it’s great peace of mind knowing that I can travel with this car with confidence. Caring, pleasant staff and super knowledgeable mechanics - I’m keeping them on speed dial.

Excellent work

I've been using Manasquan Auto for many years now to service my cars. Once my cars are no longer covered by new car warranties, I bring my vehicles to Sean. He and his staff do excellent work, are very knowledgeable, and importantly they are honest. They do the work necessary to service your car and have never pressed for unnecessary repairs (unlike most dealer service areas which, in my experience, have always found something wrong with my cars when in for routine service). However, if there are issues with your car, Sean and his staff will identify them and carefully explain why a repair is required. The clear communication makes you feel very comfortable and underscores the sense of trust in Sean. I've had Sean service cars that range from 4 to 20 years old and he's the only auto service shop I will use.
