I brought my truck in with no brake lights. Courtney said bring it right in and they were able to make the repair while I waited. She offered a loaner if I needed to leave. Great service and discussions while I was in the office.

Courtney sprung into action and worked with us to (i) minimize downtime without our car and (ii) arranged for a loaner on short notice while our car was unavailable. Honestly, this kind of effort — going above and beyond and doing whatever is possible to accommodate us — is so uncommon these days. Thanks again for helping us out of a jam.
