Felt confident. I would vehemently & w/o reservation enthusiastically tell that person to speak to Sean Kennedy. However, ALL staff seemed to be both honest & friendly, while possessing a professional candor, that is very rare in this "I have got to have it now" world we presently live in. Mr. Kennedy possesses the ability to tell you what is necessary, what needs to be done immediately, & gives an accurate (which I trust!!) time span of what & when to address the other mechanical things that need to be done. I was present today (5-18-2015) for approximately 4.5 hrs. It was my nievete' about my VW Jetta that had me there that long. I was given a comprehensive explanation (education) of what was done.
