I took my car here at 7am on A Friday morning. Sean asked me what was going on with my car and even hopped in so I could drive him around to show him. They took the car promptly and gave me a loaner for the day! When they finished the diagnostic test and estimates, I received a long list of problems with a high price tag. When I showed up in person, however, Sean was honest in telling me what I didn't need to fix, what I may need to fix in the next 5,000 miles, and what he recommended I fix sooner. He even told me how to do something on my own to save money. For the one problem I was concerned about and I want to get fixed, I called my friend who is a mechanic and he confirmed that their price was fair. I'm personally not a fan of salesmen who overly push a product. If a product is good, it'll sell itself. Sean didn't push anything, but he sold me on his integrity, thorough explanations, and fair prices so I'll be using him for my repair.
