Recommend. They are very candid about whether a recommended service is time critical or not. They provide pictures of the vehicle showing needed service items. They offered me a loaner car, which wasn't expected. When compared to other shops and the dealer, they're prices are competitive.

Nobody else touches our Honda. Went to this shop on recommendation of a friend, for work that I received a number of quotes for. Expected it to be a pretty big bill. Initial service (for a fee) was a detailed inspection and evaluation and a detailed report of findings, complete with photos of the problem, essentially confirming some previous diagnosis. Upon getting the work done, true cause of the problem was revealed -bad gasket inside oil pan, and I got a phone call advising that work would be about $600 less from the estimate. They also advised of work that needed to be done ,and could wait. Bottom line - fair and honest, and work warrantied.
