Great, honest service. Our Rav4 is certainly getting on in years and they identified a fair amount of work that will eventually need to get done. However, there was no alarmist up sell just trying get $$ out of us. Ryan explained exactly what needed to be done now and what needs to be monitored over the next few months/years. I even booked my Civic to have some work done and evaluated. Definitely a stand up shop.

Brought my 2009 Accord in for service. The staff serviced the car and made me aware of another problem that would have been a safety issue if left un-corrected. I was fully informed via text, e-mail and a phone call. I was also provided with cost information up front. As a consumer you can’t ask for more.

First service performed at this shop. Sean and Ryan's communication with me were overwhelmingly a positive experience. The staff consistently kept in contact with me so I never felt forgotten. Job was completed and I was quite satisfied. The wonderful sense of humor from a couple of the guys didn't hurt either. Expected since it’s warranty service, etc. I bought a vintage car and the passion and concern for my service satisfaction from Sean and team was second to none. His car inspection snd Anaylsis with narrative, pictures and recommendations was detailed and reasonable.

All requested items done promptly and on agreed budget; full discussion of optional items appreciated. Great service.

I really can’t say enough good things! First off, as I called to make an appointment I was told “why don’t you bring your car over and let’s make sure it’s safe for you to drive” It was, and I was able to make an appointment from there. I was there for much more than routine maintenance. The courtesy and professionalism and communication, thoroughly detailing what I needed, that I received was far superior to any auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. I am so happy I took the advice of a friend and came here. In turn I will highly recommend them as well!
